Accurate selection of nominal voltage value is the key according to specific circuit requirements. General selection: The nominal voltage value of the varistor should be 2 to 2.5 times the voltage across the varistor. In addition, care should be taken to select a varistor with a small temperature coefficient of resistance to ensure circuit stability. The selection of specific models is as follows:
(1) MYG4 varistors can be used in overvoltage protection circuits of frost-free refrigerators.
(2) If the semiconductor device is over-charged, you can choose MYD series, MYL series, MYH, MYG20 and other varistors.
(3) MYH3-205, MYH3-208, MYH3-212 and other varistors can be used for the overvoltage protection circuit of color TV.
(4) MYG series, MY21 series, MY31 series varistors can be used in overvoltage protection circuits of electronic circuits, electrical equipment and power systems.
